Making the WebPortal clearer, more user-friendly, and aligned with the brand
The Minds WebPortal was the main access point for internal users and clients to track platform data and operations, but it suffered from usability issues, visual inconsistency, and confusing flows.
My role: I worked as product and lead designer, leading everything from user research to defining the new interface and visual structure. The goal was to create a smooth, accessible journey that stayed true to the brand’s new identity.
