Building trust from the first click
The first interaction with Minds Digital’s voice authentication technology happens at a crucial moment: the test page. I created this page from scratch to guide users clearly, convey confidence, and translate a technical process into an accessible experience aligned with the brand’s identity.
My role: I was responsible for the entire page creation, from information architecture and content writing to defining flows and the visual layout, as well as applying the design system.

❓ The challenge
• No structured page for public testing existed
• Needed to explain a new technology in clear, user-friendly language
• The process involved multiple technical and sensitive steps (e.g., CPF entry, voice recording)
• The interface needed to inspire trust and align with the company’s new visual positioning
🧠 Design strategy
My approach was to divide the journey into clear sections, reinforce security, and make each step self-explanatory, all within Minds’s design system standards.
Process steps:
• Define information architecture and content blocks
• Create micro-flows with visual feedback at each stage
• Write messages and microcopy in accessible language
• Design the interface using standardized, responsive elements

Creating this page from scratch demonstrated the power of visual narrative to make technology accessible.
