A new architecture for a product that needed to scale with quality

BMG Money needed to redesign its main dashboard, used by customers to view and manage payroll loan proposals. The product suffered from visual inconsistencies, information overload, and low navigation clarity.

My role: I was responsible for the entire page creation, from information architecture, content writing, and flow definition to visual layout and design system application.

💬 Learnings

This project demonstrated the importance of a design that balances visual scale, functional clarity, and technical feasibility. Redesigning a dashboard for multiple user types required active listening, prioritization decisions, and careful attention to information hierarchy. The impact was visible both in user experience and in alignment between design and development.
